0800 hrs - Landed McCarran. Desert heat already oppressive. I swear the sun’s brighter here. Rocco picking me up in a Honda Civic that's seen better days. Dude looks like he hasn't slept in 72 hours.
0930 hrs - Charlie's apartment, North Las Vegas. Standard bachelor setup - gaming rig, empty energy drink cans, smell of stale pizza. His mother, Diane, let us in. Tiny woman, maybe 5'2", keeps wringing her hands. No dad in the picture. Hmmm… devouring mother vibes.
Initial sweep shows:
No signs of struggle
Clothes still in closet
Toiletries present
Computer equipment intact
Mail accumulated
Note: Had to reschedule three client calls for this trip. Dr. Patricia Chen subtweeted: "When your collaborator ghosts you for a 'personal emergency' but is tweeting about being in Vegas... 🙄" How about you scroll just a little farther down my Twitter profile, you passive aggressive bitch? Then you’d know what the emergency is. Seriously thinking of yeeting her.
Whatever. Damage control later. Charlie comes first.
1100 hrs - Rocco knows Charlie's passwords. Tf kinda friendship they have? Accessing laptop now.
1130 hrs - Jesus Christ. This is... extensive.
Charlie has folders. Dozens of folders. All labeled with women's names:
IRINA STERLING (247 subfolders)
JESSICA QUINN (89 subfolders)
AMANDA TORRES (134 subfolders)
SOPHIA BARRISTER (201 subfolders)
VICTORIA MARSH (156 subfolders)
NICOLE ADAMS (98 subfolders)
Each contains screenshots, archived posts, financial records (?), personal photos scraped from social media, detailed notes on their content, relationships, suspected income. The Irina folder alone has a spreadsheet tracking her location based on Instagram posts.
Rocco looking over my shoulder: "He was building a case. He always said these women were grifters."
Personal note: Uncomfortable moment here. Wondering if I’m looking at illegal shit here. That being said, if someone cracked my laptop, they might have the same reaction. Difference is, I actually know the women I’m taking notes on. Charlie was stalking strangers.
1245 hrs - Found the "Enemies" database. Excel spreadsheet with 1,847 entries. Columns for:
Username
Real name (if known)
Known alts
Platform
Nature of conflict
Threat level (1-10)
Personal details
"Resolution"
The Gab users are there. Hundreds of them. @TraditionalEuropa88, @WhiteRabbitRises, @PatriotKnight1776. All the ones who called him slurs, posted those nose memes he complained about.
But here's the thing - Charlie's private Twitter account (@NoticerInChief) shows him retweeting some genuinely antisemitic content himself. Lots of "coincidence detector" references, complaints about "Hollywood control," that sort of thing.
Is it so he can go undetected in certain spaces or… I don’t know.
1630 hrs - Packing up laptop and physical files to take to hotel. Told Rocco I need quiet to analyze properly. Truth is, it’s hard to sustain my poker face for this long. Jesus Charlie had some wild shit going on in his life.
2000 hrs - Bellagio hotel room. Overpriced but need the desk space. Spreading out files.
Pattern emerging:
All six women Charlie obsessed over are successful big-eyed Brunettes.
All promote female empowerment/lifestyle brands
All had some interaction with him (blocked him, called him out, or publicly called him a creep)
All have something Charlie thought was "fake" about their personas
2130 hrs - Working through Charlie's browser history. Lot of what you'd expect - porn, gaming forums, YouTube analytics, more porn. Then found something odd in his cached files.
Russian language site. URL was escortmoskva24[.]ru (now defunct). Google translate suggests high-end escort service. Moscow-based. Why was Charlie looking at Russian escort sites? Pretty sure we have those here.
2145 hrs - Clicked through the cached pages and immediately closed laptop. Some of those women looked young. Too young. Not touching this without legal counsel.
Note to self: If I don’t find a lead on Charlie, I’m handing this to FBI cybercrime tip line. Let them sort out what's legal investigation vs. what isn't.
2300 hrs - Patterns in chaos:
Charlie disappeared while investigating these women
He'd found something about Irina that excited him (last podcast hints)
Russian connection? (Her accent, this website)
Multiple people had reason to want him gone
But no evidence anyone actually did anything
Tomorrow: Interview Rocco properly. Check Charlie's financial records. See if any of these influencers were in Vegas when he disappeared.
The MP in me says this wasn't random. Nobody leaves that much data behind unless they didn't plan to leave.
Or couldn't.
